Man Behind The Curtain & Saying Goodbye to my Hair Extensions

Hello hello…happy Sunday everyone. We went to The Man Behind The Curtain with friends this week for some gastronomic loveliness. Michael, as usual, didn’t disappoint!

It was also good to see the lovely Anthony Fellows to get my hair extensions taken out before I go on holiday… I do miss them, but it’s a lot easier on holiday without them, lots of getting in and out of a pool doesn’t work well with drying extension bonds carefully.

He packed me off with some Philip Kingsley products to keep my hair in tip top condition while I’m away. Can’t wait to try the Elastalizer, everyone has such good things to say about it.

This weekend has been all about getting ready to go on holiday (including welcoming my mother-in-law who’s house sitting) and catching up on blog posts – check out Architect’s new Blow Dry Bar/Up-do Service in Headingley and drool over to some pics from Zucco in Meanwood.

I’m happy to report too that the 100 Day Spending Ban is going well! I’m now two weeks in and I’m feeling really quite free! The big test though will be the holiday…eeeek…

On that note, it’s unlikely I’ll be posting while I’m away. I’m not the kinda gal who schedules for while I’m away, I like to be around when posts go live. So, I’ll see you in three weeks time! xx
