I love a good tea dress and this spotty number from Zara has just that right mix of 1950s cuteness and wearability.
Paired with some towering heels from Dior and one of my favourite bags (a black leather Prada beauty I’ve owned for years), this dress can easily transition from Summer into Autumn and Winter.
It’s great with bare legs when it’s sunny (ok, ok…not much chance of that in the UK until next year) and on holiday. It works well too with some thick black tights and a gorgeous black cardi (my absolute faves are by Vivienne Westwood) for Autumn/Winter.

There’s lots of gorgeous polka dot tea dresses on the high street at the moment. Here’s are some of my favourites. I personally love the Missguided one…it has a lovely deep neck plunge. If you want something a little more subtle, the high neck version from New Look might be your thing.
