I managed to get back to hot yoga this week. I’m still enjoying it, but finding it very hard. I’m not very flexible, I can’t balance to save my life…..but that’s why I’m doing it! Helena at Yoga Kula is a great teacher, I managed to get to the front this week and she could tell me what mistakes I was making.
I can feel it helping my flexibility, I’m just hoping the ability to balance and look like a tree comes to me at some point.
