How Yoga Changes Your Body, Starting The Day You Begin

I managed to get back to hot yoga this week. I’m still enjoying it, but finding it very hard. I’m not very flexible, I can’t balance to save my life…..but that’s why I’m doing it! Helena at Yoga Kula is a great teacher, I managed to get to the front this week and she could tell me what mistakes I was making.

I can feel it helping my flexibility, I’m just hoping the ability to balance and look like a tree comes to me at some point.

    I need to go back to Yoga Kula! I’m still a super beginner though, which makes me a bit nervous!

      I’m a total super beginner too. Honestly, I can’t seem to get any of the poses right! I do feel the benefit though and I’m hoping with a bit more practise I won’t look quite so much of an idiot. Fancy coming to hot yoga one Sunday evening?
